Dr. Alex Piedra was born in Ecuador and raised in Seattle, Washington. He completed his education at Brigham Young University and the University of Utah School of Dentistry, followed by specialized pediatric dental training in Washington State, where he cared for hundreds of children and families. Dr. Piedra is a board-certified pediatric dentist known for his gentle approach and commitment to children with unique needs. He treats children with special healthcare needs at McLane Children’s Hospital and also teaches future dentists at Baylor University. He is currently studying at Harvard, bringing the very best in leadership, systems, and care back to Central Texas so every child and family he serves receives thoughtful, safe, and exceptional treatment in an environment built on trust.
